This is a new construction plan for a five-story reinforced concrete building facing the city road. The owner company office on the 1st floor, rental housing on the 2nd to 4th floors, and the owner's residence on the 5th floor. In order to increase the rentable ratio of the rental housing section, the common area approach was planned with a minimum size, and a slit was placed in the upper part, aiming for a poetic space where light and shadow move.
市道に面する地上５階建鉄筋コンクリート造の新築計画です。１階にオーナー会社事務所、２−４階賃貸住宅、そして５階にオーナー住戸を重層配置。賃貸住宅部分のレンタブル比を上げるため最低限の広さで計画した共用部アプローチは、上部にスリットを配置し、光と翳が移ろう静かな空間を目指しました。
