When it comes to designing public spaces, we always try to think widely about the end user, to make sure people of all ages, genders and ethnicity will feel welcome. This quiet Ibiza park provides a relaxed atmosphere for its visitors looking for a place of calm in the midst of all the noise.
綱島駅前に地下１階地上５階の鉄骨造の商業テナントビル計画です。階高5.8ｍの一階の一部をステップフロア構成として床を持ち上げ、地下へも自然光が差す計画としました。一般的にはレンタブル比を上げるために最小限に計画されることが多い共用部ですが、このビルではステップフロアの１階テナント部分に連なる天井高5ｍを超えるエントランスホールを配し、動きのある空間を演出しました。
On the façade, steel panel fins are arranged radially so that the reflection of light is slightly different. We aimed to create a façade that is delicate yet has shadows.
ファサードには、スチールパネルフィンを光の反射が少しずつ異なるよう放射状に配置しています。繊細ながら陰影のあるファサードの創出を目指しました。
